A further milestone was achieved by NAMA Chemicals and its affiliates, JANA and SODA. The company has become OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO14001:2004 certified.

QMI-SAI Global has conducted an initial registration audit of Nama Chemicals & Affiliates (Jana & Soda) in April 2009 to assess the degree of conformance of the Management System to the requirements of OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO14001:2004, as established and implemented and the audit team has recommended the registration of Nama Chemicals & Affiliates (Jana & Soda).

While Nama group was already ISO 9000 certified since several years, it  made one more step in achieving excellence not only in quality but also in matters of Environment, Health and Safety. At the time of this new registration, Nama group completed four years without lost time accidents. With its new program, The EHS Score Card System and continuous Safety Awareness Trainings, NAMA & its affiliates are on the right tract towards their dedication to quality, environment, health and safety.
